Before you can share an access pass with your short-term renters, you’ll need to first register your short-term rentals and get the necessary approval from the DCCA.
This is a one-time process for owners to initially register their rental properties and for Rental Managers to register any managed rental properties.
How to Register Short-Term Rentals:
- After creating your account and logging into the DeBordieu Host Portal, select “Register a Rental Property.”
- Enter all your properties here using the Copy button where appropriate.
Note that this is a one-time step unless you sell a property, change rental management companies, or buy an additional property. - A screen saying “Thank you for submitting your short-term rental registration at “DeBordieu Colony” will appear. It provides your registration number and date of registration.
- After your rental addresses have been approved, a confirmation email will be sent. You can verify all of your rentals at any time by going to the My Rentals screen below
