What if my guest books through a platform that doesn’t give me an email address?

You can use a guest’s phone number to send them an invite. Do not input an AirBnB or platform email address for the invite, only enter a phone number.

What if my guest arrives without completing the registration?

The guest will need to access their guest account and complete the registration prior to arriving at the gate.  If they haven’t, the guard will assist them in getting a pass.

What if my guest doesn’t have a smartphone or access to their QR code?

All guests need to be registered prior to arrival. For those without a smart phone, the host needs to input an email address in addition to any phone number in the system. The guest will still receive an email with the link to the registration portal. They can then register and complete the information. If they don’t have vehicle information when arriving and can’t access the portal, the guards at the pass office can assist them in receiving their pass. 

It’s recommended that they have the pass number available when they arrive. They will receive a pass number regardless of the vehicle information. This can be shared with the guards for quick processing. However, they don’t need pass number and can be processed via name or address at the pass office.
