The DCCA is the master association for DeBordieu Colony; however, a property may be subject to additional regime fees, rules and regulations, etc. depending upon its location. Owners are responsible for verifying if their property is subject to additional regime requirements.
All transfers of DeBordieu real property are subject to Covenants and Restrictions of record, which are reviewed at closing with a purchaser’s attorney. These documents establish, among other things, property setbacks, ability of the association to assess fees, and establishment of an architectural review board.
