SCUTE Loop 5k Receives an Impressive Turnout

The 1st Annual 5K SCUTE Loop was held the week of Oct. 10-17 with both actual and virtual participation. This event was sponsored by Prince George, DeBordieu & Hobcaw S.C.U.T.E. (www.debordieuscute.org) and the DCCA Publicity Committee. We had an impressive 105 participants who either registered or made donations. The grand total of $5,650 will go to the Sea Turtle Care Center at the SC Aquarium in Charleston. This state-of-the-art facility rehabilitates sick and injured sea turtles that strand on SC shores. Many thanks to Susan Davis for organizing this fun event and to all who participated!
