DCCA Offers Publix Flu Shot Clinic

TIME: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

WHERE: DCCA Administration Bldg.

COST: No charge for Medicare/Medicaid recipients Publix will file insurance and bill remainder, if any

The DCCA has coordinated a Flu Shot Clinic with Publix to be held at the Administration Building. In addition to receiving a flu shot, all participants will receive a $10 Publix Gift Card.

This clinic is limited to the 125 people. Appointments are required, and will be scheduled in 15-minute increments. Please contact Kelly Floyd at kfloyd@debordieucolony.org or 843.527.4436 to make an appointment.

In an effort to maintain social distancing, we ask that you arrive at your appointment time, check-in with staff, and remain in your vehicle.

The area where the shots are given will be private and cleaned/disinfected between patients.
