Diabetes Health Symposium

The second installment of our Mature Health Symposium series was held Monday, October 7. Spearheaded by Tidelands Health Diabetes Center Physician Dr. Philip Nicol, presented valuable information for taking an active role in living a healthy lifestyle. DeBordieu residents participated in an entertaining and informative session on Healthy Eating, as well as, how to recognize the early signs of pre-diabetes. They learned key ways to manage pre-diabetic issues. A phlebotomist was on site to provide blood tests.
