Hundreds turn out for Second Annual Turkey Trot

The 2nd Annual Turkey Trot was a record smashing success thanks to our 430+ Trotters and their 150+ Doggers!

We had multiple generations turn out. Camille Blackman delivered a blistering pace to finish at 18:35 (with Santa as her witness!!) and took the crown! Justin Sweda took Top Male with an impressive 19:45 finish. Congratulations to Camille and Justin — well run!

As predicted, The Gazebo put together the world’s greatest Bloody Mary and Mimosa bar and our trotters were able to rehydrate to wrap up a fun way to kick off Thanksgiving. This year’s trot raised over $7,500 for the employee holiday funds of the DCCA and DeBordieu Club.
