Luvan Blvd. Multi-Use Path and Paving Project

Coastal Asphalt will begin mobilizing equipment on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, in preparation for the multi-use path and road paving project.
- Project Route: The project will start at the intersection of Luvan Blvd and Bonnyneck Drive, working East towards the Causeway.
- Alternate Route: Consider using Wallace Pate Drive as an alternate route to avoid potential traffic delays.
- Caution on Luvan Blvd: If using Luvan Blvd, drive with caution near crews and follow instructions from traffic control or on-duty security staff.
- Project Duration: The project is expected to be completed by the end of January 2026, weather permitting.
- Parking Advisory: Contractor parking in the median is prohibited within the immediate work area.
- Drone Use: A drone may periodically fly overhead to assist with project monitoring and progress.
